my daughter has a 2 year old daughter was never married has spit with father, went to mediation, support and visitation had been established, father now dicides he wants to take my daughter to court for shared parenting, he already has his daughter 6 days out of 14 days what are the guidelines to get a court appointed lawyer or is that her best move, has a part time job lives in ohio

she cannot get a court appointed attorney for a private custody action. That is only where child protective services or criminal charges are involved. She will have to pay her own fees but her attorney can ask the judge to make her ex pay.
