I live in Massachusetts and purchased an item online from a place in Texas on 4/28/08. They made several attempts to get the part but couldn't deliver. I made several attempts and even contacted the BBB to try and get a refund. I haven't heard a word from the company that I bought the item from and its been over a year and a half. Is there anything that I can do since the compamny seems relucant to resolve the issue?

At this late date you cannot dispute the item on your credit card. What you can do is file a claim for a refund in your local Small Claims court. They can be served in TExas. The service alone may get a response. If they do not appear in court, you will get a default judgment. You can then file the judgment in Texas and seek to levy on their assets.
