Turned back a car that was financed that couldn't no longer pay for. The Bank now wants me to pay alot of money. State of Oklahoma let them have a right to look to my future employment. I do not have a job or do I plan to get one. I am now retired on Social Security. Can they attach my SS money or my bank account?
Already Tried: none
