State/Country relating to Question: California Already Tried: I was an associate in another dental office. Our contract states that each practice is to be seperate, and the infornmation is to be confidential. I left, and the Dentist I was in with is using my name and calling my patients to get them to schedule appointments in his office, We are going to arbitration in a couple weeks.I have been told this is identity theft, consumer fraud, to embezle my 'assets' (patients)
