I am in the process of getting a divorce. we had a family plan with our cell phones. I went to the cell phone company and cancelled the family plan and opened my own account with only my name on it. A month later she called the phone company and used my personal information and social security number to get a copy of my cell phone bill, there were only 4 days of calls recorded for that first month's bill. She then intercepted the letter addressed to me from the mailbox and opened to see all the personal phone calls I have made. She did this all without my knowledge or consent. She then brought this phone bill to my military leadership trying to prove I was talking to other girls, which there were no female phone numbers on the bill. We are in the process of selling our house so she had access to the mailbox to get the mail. what is my leagal standing on this?
State/Country relating to Question: Texas Already Tried: I havent done anything so far, she is doing everything to attack me, I just got home from Iraq and I told her I want a divorce, I wanted a divorce before I left but only got a few days notice before I had to leave. She is making up lies about me, going to my first sergeant, hacking into my email, bank, and cell phone accounts without permission. She keeps stating she is going to ruin my career, but she has no proof, she is just torturing me.
