if a company has not paid you for time worked and has not made good 3-4 paychecks nor paid you for vacation pay that was accrued and due. nor paid you back for union dues, health insurance, pension payments taken from your pay checks in the past and not paid. what legal recourse does a person have?
State/Country relating to Question: Missouri Already Tried: At this point nothing...have been hoping company would make good..son still works for company and he is out 6 checks..hoping union would do something..nothing has happened so far...seems as though Columbia Iron in St Louis, Mo. is heading to be closed down..would like to get paid what is due us, and we know something is going to have to happen..wheither it be a lien on the business or ? don't really know what to do.
