Gov. Schwarzenegger signed California SB 670 last week and it dramatically reduced the property value and is imposing an economic hardship on the miners. As a miner, we have been closed out of our property and it seems to be Eminent Domain Abuse and an infringement of Private Property Rights. We would like to cosider a Federal Law suit to get restitution for our losses. What is your opinion?
