You can file a petition with the court to have her emancipated which would relieve you of all liability. Since she has children and is living with someone else as married, this is grounds for you to seek the emancipation. You need to go to the family court and ask if they have a petition for emancipation which you would complete and then file and the court will hold a hearing and would emanicpate her based upon these reasons.
