yes they are, but be advised that you will have to oversome an assumption of the risk defense. This defense contends that you had the opporunity to appreciate the risks involved in walking down the aisle, did so any way, and tripped over the pallet. i went in store to look for Christmas decor.Second time ever in store went down 2 lines of boxes saw decor turned and fell over pallet. Asst manager said it shouldn't have been there called company they said would pay for medicla bill was advised to get a lawyer and did so
