I am suing a local community college for breech of contract and failure to follow it's own policy with regard to student grievances Yesterday, I personally served a college emplyee with a subpoena. Today I received a letter from the HR office, threatening me with police action if I go to the campus again. This is preventing me from my due process to pursue my Small Claims case and it is also preventing me from serving the other subpoena. Can they do this?
Thank you for using JustAnswer! From the facts that you describe, the college can ban you from the property. To complete service of your other lawsuit, simply hire a private process server to serve it for you. Good luck and best wishes!

O.k but aren't they interfering with my right to pursue due process since the college is the only place I can serve the subpoena?
