It began with my supervisor telling me that I caused her to get her first write up. A few days later I got called to the office and told that I wasn't suited for my posistion that I have been in for 7 months and just 2 weeks prior I had recived a very good review with a raise. I reported this to HR and was told not to worry about it. I heard through grapevine that she got in trouble for it. A few days later I was emoshionley slaped in front of customers and other employees. Again I reported it to HR. Was told it woud be investagated. Then today I felt that she threatined me she said "If I catch you leaning on or against anything or sitting down you are going to have a very bad day. Called HR left message no call back. I don't know what to do now. Mary

What exactly is your question and what state are you in?
how do I Procede?
What is your question - how do you proceed with what, exactly?
should I get a lawer or contune to talk to HR?
Well, from what it sounds like, not enough time has passed for HR to even complete an investigation. You need to give them time to complete the investigation. Additionally, you have not stated any facts that support any type of discrimination against you. Therefore, without that kind of evidence, you would not have any basis to proceed legally.
