Sometime ago, you assisted me most satisfactorily and provided a solution and a perfect answer to a question regarding my business.
I am contacting you today with another question.
I have just published a web site (not yet publicized) in which a "Happy Client" list is included. My question is,
is it permisable to publish this list with first names only, thereby not specifically divulging the full identify of the client?

Yes you can publish first names only, the point here is that you just cannot publish information so that a person whom has not given his/her consent to be used on your website would be identified. First names are fine.
