I have a tape recording of my landlord's son breaking into my home with a key and rummaging

around for 27 minutes. Currently making the video into 2 copies of a dvd.

Police are going to confront the Father and son this afternoon. Is there any scenario where

this evidence could NOT be used in court. Son has stolen many items from our home.
