They will likely file suit to get a judgment and then will try and find your assets to collect such as bank accounts, wage garnishment etc. unless you file for bankruptcy. You can offer them a payment plan of what you can afford and ask them to freeze the account and stop the penalties from adding up and continuing on the account.
