my husband leave our house and he brought my son to the babysitter and babysitter later told me that my husband left me bringing his belongings and ask me pick up my son to the babysitter. Can I sue my husband for abandoning me and my 2 kids? his son is 9 years old and his stepson is 15 years old. Do I have a case?
