Gentleman wanted to buy my tractor. Price was 2K. Came to inspect it, two days in a row. Brought cash and left with the accessories. Came back third day and it would start (which I told him to begin with AND gave him all the paperwork on it.) Now he wants a full refund and I've already turned the other buyers away. Do I have to give him one?
If you did not hid the problems with the tractor and you told him about the potential issues, and you did not give him a warranty, then no, you do not need to give him a refund. The court will presume that it was purchased "as is" unless there is evidence to the contrary. Please let me know if you have further questions; if so I will do my best to answer them. If not please hit the accept button, its the only way I get credit for my work.
