The question is regarding a security system which was installed by adi security system, $4200.00 were paid in advance and system which was promised by the adi not delivered instead a system is not working because the dvr is bad and was installed as a used dvr instead of a new one.two year warranty was promised but no one came to replace or fix the dvr and the system. After filling claim with BBB not resolved. This company has done Fraud with other 7-11 business where they got money in advance and system not installed. Adi is still in business and not ready to resolve the issue, what can be done. Thankyou
State/Country of Question: Oregon Already Tried: calling the company to resolve this matter at least 30 phone calls only one time a tech showed up and said he will be back to fix it that day never came. Tried with Better business bureau, The Adi security company did not contacted or does not want to resolve the issue.
