my husband and i are not getting along and we have been arguing alot and the other day he told me has been taping our fights for the past few years and he is going to bring them to court and have my kids taken away from me because i have yelled in front of the kids. meanwhile, i never knew he was doing this.

He cannot use fights on video in court like that. Besides there is nothing illegal about yelling in front of children so he is merely bluffing and you need a divorce lawyer who will assist you in preventing the tapes from being admitted in court
