My son has 2 cases from two different counties. Hewas given concurrent sentences. Will his pretrial cedit from one county count for the other county?
Optional Information: State/Country of Question: New Hampshire Already Tried: I have called the court houses and was given the release date, which was the same but I didn't ask if he was being transferred to the other county for the difference of pretrial credit.
Yes.
Experience: Negotiate, Draft, and Review many complex commercial agreements each year.
I wish you had elaborated
I am happy to elaborate. The fact that the sentences run concurrently means that the sentence in whole runs concurrently so if credit was granted in county x and the sentence in county x is 30 days for example, the concurrent sentence in county y would also be 30 days.
That's not what I need to know!! I'm desparate tofindout about pretrial credit and if it runs concurrently in both counties even though he waited in one county only.
