Is a widow responsible for a motorcycle loan that was in his name only? My husband kept his motorcycle somewhere else because I did not want anything to do with it. I understand that I could give it back, but I can't find it anywhere because I did not know any of his riding friends . What can they do to me if I can't find it?
Optional Information: State/Country of Question: Pennsylvania Already Tried: Nothing I just keep telling them I can't find it. A company called here stating that they are investigators and suggested for me to file a stolen vehicle report to the police and they said that Harley Davidson would get off my back. I didn't file anything yet cause I think they are trying to get my name involved somehow so that I would be responsibe for it. I did nothing about this yet. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!! Thanks
why do you believe you believe you can give it back?
It would be repossed is what I meant

ok, you should file the police report. This is because if you do not the implication will be that you are hiding the motorcycle meanwhile failing to make the payments on it.
