Needed for Massachusetts My husband is from Africa a veterunarian I now know he married me to get his visa. I pulled the marital visa in 9/07 sent hundreds of documents to immigration as yet they have not changed his status. He told me 3 weeks after marriage he was HIV positive. I cant get a divorce from this man he stole $30,000 from me and every time we go to court he says he does not want a divorce. I am now trying an annulment. Just found out while with me he has a baby, never told the girl he was hiv positive practiced no safe sex on either party. Now he is on to another girl. He is running around infecting women but seems to stay with white ones. He told me a long time ago he hated women as they gave him the disease. My problem is how to stop this man before he spreads hiv around to 10 15 or more women. What can we do to prosecute him and stop him>and what legal avenues do we have.

You and all the other females he has had unprotected sex with should call the district attorneys office, the intent of transmitting his disease without disclosure, protection and/or consent is an assault and battery in the criminal sense and each party may also be able to sue for intentional and negligent infliction of a sexually transmitted disease. From the information provided you and all the other females would have a case against him for prosecution and civil litigation.
