Optional Information: State/Country of Question: Georgia Already Tried: have not tried to contact.my case has been postponed several times.this is a malpractice case against a local hospital.
You cannot have any ex parte communication with the judge. If the judge dismissed a party there should be some written ruling and you can contact the judge's clerk and ask for a copy of the written decision as to why the party was dismissed. The court is supposed to give written reasons for actions taken in the case.
