If my ex-husband refuses to honor his visitation, do I have any rights? We have a scheduled week (Sat.-Sat.)vacation (since Jan.'09) that he chose and now he says he cannot honor it. He cannot p/u our children until Wed. of the week. He recently filed a complaint with the local police stating I denied him his visitation when he had excused 2 of the 3 children from a recent weekend visit.

You can petitiion the court to modify child support to reflect the additional time that the children are with you and/or to modify the visitation schedule. You can also ask that the costs of the action be assessed against your ex.
