gET MY MONEY BACK AS HE LEFT ME WITH NO MONEY ORAVAILABLE CREDIT
gET MY MONEY BACK. HE LEFT ME WITH NO SAVINGS AND TOOK MY CREDIT CARDS TO THEIR LIMIT. I AM LIVING ON DISABITY.
First of all it sounds like you were scammed. Any money you sent to other countries like Nigeria you will have almost no chance of retrieving. Before you attempt to get your money back, try to find the person (the real person, that is, and not the person you were talking to). Try to contact Yahoo Personals and ask them to provide any information that they can (but I must warn you, my intuition and prior experience tells me you may not be successful). If you find his information, you must serve him with a suit in which you must both allege and prove that the money you sent was not a gift but a loan, and a loan you are demanding back. If you win, you get a court order compelling the party to return the funds back to you. This is a long process. I also suggest you contact your local police and cyber-crime unit to see if they can help you trace him. Sincerely, Dimitry Alexander Kaplun, Esq.
