Will Florida extradite someone who has a misdemeanor bench

Resolved Question:

Will Florida extradite someone who has a misdemeanor bench warrant in the state of Michigan?

While it is technically possible, it is HIGHLY unlikely. The charge would have to be a felony for the state to be serious about an extradition. It is just not cost effective to extradite for misdemeanors.
