Hello, I have a tenant in my property in colorado who is moving

Resolved Question:

Hello, I have a tenant in my property in colorado who is moving out in July. I am trying to show the property, but he states that I can only show it for 2 hours on weekend when he can be present. Does he have a right to put such limitations on me when the lease states that I only have to give him a reasonalbe notice for entry. THanks

You have a right to show it as you please on advance notice. Dates should be arranged. If tenant is being unreasonable, you will need to involve a lawyer and possibly the court if a letter from a lawyer does not obtain compliance.

Colorado does not have a statute to that effect. It is commonly included in the lease.
