Customer Question

I got a subpeona to testafie against my brother. I want to know what my rights are because I do not want to do this and have been against it from the begining. Thank you

Unfortunately a subpoena is a court order requiring you to appear in court and testify. If you do not testify, you can be held in contempt of court. There is no privilege based on your family relationship to prevent testifying. Sorry.
