im in washington state on fort lewis. he was a friend of my husbands that needed a place to store his stuff til he got out of the military in janurary. he did not pay rent or anything we where just being a good friend. he was released from the military in janurary 2 months after he stored his stuff in our home. he wont return calls, left no forwarding address.

You should not discard them to avoid exposure to a lawsuit. Send notice to his last known address where stored and store them at his expense at a facility.
