If my car is towed off another business private property do i have to pay storage fees if i do not want to vehicle anymore?

Yes you are still liable for the cost of the tow and storage. They can sell the vehicle to recover part of the expense and then you would be liable to pay the balance of what is owed to the tower/storage lot.

If the storage unit sells the car then what options to i have?

If the car is sold you really dont have any options but to pay the balance still owed after selling the car if there is still a balance owed. If you faile to pay they can sue you for the balance.
