thanks for the reply; what would be a 'contrary provision'? i am listed as a beneficiary and i do have a copy of part of the trust-it mentions a schedula A and a trust A & B; how would i go about asking for a copy of those documents? a 'formal' request to the trustee?

A contrary provision would state that the second to die of the grantors retained the right to revoke or modify the trust.


You would make your request to the trustee.
