I have an atm card through EBSG bank, there customer support number does not work, I cannot wothdrawal my money out of the atm. It has been 2 months now and I have emailed the company with no response.

DearCustomer- I have included the contact area of the EBSG Bank website for your convenience. It is the only way I know of to contact the bank if their phone is not working. You indicate you cannot get your money but you didn't indicate if this was a credit card or a debit card. If it is credit then, of course there may be a problem with the account. If it is a debit card then the money actually belongs to you and you have a right to the funds.
Sometimes there are various holds put on credit cards and the availability of credit is entirely up to the lender. Until you can make contact with EBSG there is really nothing you can do of a legal nature unless, like I said, this is a debit card.

Reply to Dave Kennett's Post: this is not a credi card and in fact EBSG states you should treat this card like cash. I hae used the link yo sent numerous times with no response.
