I pled guilty to public lewdness class A misdemeanor in Texas on 2-19,2008, I was assessed a fine of $1000.00 and credited with 3 days jail. Can I eventually apply for non-disclosure?

HiCustomer Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer. The other Experts and I are working on your answer. By the way, it would help us to know:

-Do you have any prior criminal record?
-Have you been placed on any form of supervision (i.e. probation)?

Thank you again for trusting us with your problem. Please reply as soon as possible so that we can finish answering your question.

I plead no contest to DWI in 1984, I was placed on 2 years probation for that. I was able to sucessfully have that placed in non-disclosure.

I was not placed on any form of supervision for this recent case. Just the $1000k fine and credited for 3 days jail.
