my neighbor has signs posted towards our property-stating video surveilance and audio monitoring on premises. Can I sue him for harrassment? am in New York State.

DearCustomer- I can't see how your neighbor's signs constitute harassment and as long as they don't violate some zoning or other ordinance he has a right to have whatever he wants on his own property. I'm certain that the signs may be annoying but unless he is in violation of the law he has a right to say what he wants on his signs.
