Yes, you can be buried on private property in Kentucky with the approval of the property owner. If this is your own property then obviously you can grant approval for your own burial to occur on this property.
There is no Kentucky law I can find preventing this practice.

You are correct. I just mean you need approval from the landowner and nothing else. If you own the land then you need no approval from anyone else.
