Thank you for choosing Just Answer!

Yes, you can be buried on private property in Kentucky with the approval of the property owner. If this is your own property then obviously you can grant approval for your own burial to occur on this property.

There is no Kentucky law I can find preventing this practice.

Reply to Matt Kesler's Post: When you say grant approval who from ? If i own the land is that all that is needed ?

You are correct. I just mean you need approval from the landowner and nothing else. If you own the land then you need no approval from anyone else.
