Greetings;

For a bank checking or savings account, 'Legal Processing Fee' usually means a legal request for customer information, which can include credit reports, etc.

For a mortgage account, a 'Legal Processing Fee' usually means the fees for filing documents like abstracts, titles, etc.

You should definately call your bank directly, to make sure the fee has been applied to your account appropriately...Then find out EXACTLY why the fee was charged and dispute it if you think it is unfair or inappropriate.
