we have a boer goat with large golfball sized knots on her and goo in her eyes. And just recently (past day or so maybe up to 3) her eyes are turning milky and have goo in them. I believe these are related. We got her and she had the knots and the sellers said it was nothing to worry about, but they concern me. How do I treat this, or get rid of her before she infects the rest of the herd.

Is there a special way I need to get rid of her. Can she be sold, or does she need to be put down, burried, burned? ?
Just sell her, this is not a disease that needs to be quarantined.
