It sounds as though your cow needs to be examined by a veterinarian immediately. Cows generally kick at their belly when they are in severe pain which may be caused by a stomach and intestinal issue or a uterine issue if she is close to delivery. In either case, surgery is almost always needed to fix the problem.Good luck!
