The diarrhea and swelling under the jaw may be due to intestinal parasites. It would be a good idea to have an exam done on a fresh fecal sample to see which parasites your calves have. This can be done in a veterinary office.
If your calves have worms, you can treat with ivermectin. If they have coccidia, you will need a sulfa drug.
The runny noses may be due to a respiratory infection. Naxcell is used to treat respiratory infections.
