I may need to do a remote session on your computer. To determine what the problem actually it is.

Please let me know when you are ready to do this as it may take some time.

Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 month ago.

Your laptop needs to connect to the Wireless.

But in order to do this, the wireless must be turned on and a password ***** be set.

Typically this is already done by default, but in some cases it is not.

The only way I'll be able to check your wireless, is to connect to your computer and then connect to your wireless modem.

I can then check the settings of the wireless modem and determine the problem.

But again please let me know when you are ready.

As you can see, the payment for the remote session has failed.

You will need to contact customer support to fix this issue

Most likely is your credit card flagging the charge.

So you might have better luck calling your credit card or bank to let them know that the charge is legitimate.
