My computer won't turn on. All I get is a black screen
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My unit is a Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5102 running on Widows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Yes and I have removed the battery and tried to run without it
