I have a Sattilite C75D-S7260. On start up the cursor will show up for a few seconds, then disappear. Therefore can not do anything. Any help would be greatly appeciated. I am currently on my old Toshiba.

we need to do this special trick to force a repair screen.

Start the computer, then immediately press and hold power to shut it down.

repeat that 4 times, and then the last time when you start the computer do not press and hold power.

It should go to a blue screen menu. If it makes it to the bluscreen menu with troubleshoot, go to troubleshoot, advanced, system restore.

Then pick a restore date that was before the issue started.. Let me know if this works, or if you get stuck so I can assist you further.
