Do you mean Windows password? Was you the only person to access your computer?

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
I need an acer computer tech not a lawyer
Expert:  bbao replied 22 days ago.

I am not a lawyer. :-)

I was wondering if someone else around you set a password. If yes, the most easy way is ask for the password ***** the person. :)

Okay, there are a few types of password ***** might be required for start up, including BIOS password, hard disk encryption password ***** Windows password. I need to determine which one it is. If you have no idea how to determine the type, please take a screenshot using your phone and post it here.
