What's the brand name and model of the laptop?
Are you there? Please continue your question here.
Got it. Bear with me for a while, I need to check the laptop's spec.
You don't need to request remote assistance. Just ignore the annoying message.
I will give you instructions soon.
Okay, are you sure the password ***** were asked for were for HDD? Not BIOS password?
Okay, do you know how to remove the disk or SSD from the laptop? It's not that hard.
Correct. Please see attached the screenshot for where to open the HD cover and remove the SSD.
Once removed, bring it as another computer's external drive (you may need to get a USD drive case for the disk), run DISKPART utility of Windows to erase everything of the disk.
Be very careful when using the DISKPART. read the HELP before doing anything. basically you only need to use two commands:
SELECT DISK 2 (# depending the system configuration)
Done? Any update please?
Can you please advise how it is going now?
Hello, any update please?
