Well, I hope you can help me since I've been billed $5.00 and $19.00 so far.My problem is since I upgraded from window 5 to windows 10 I lost all audio, from my laptop, remote ,and speaker sound. I have tried all of the cures offered on the various web sites to no avail.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is an HP ENVY mG Entertainment PC about4 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It has been going on since I upgraded, I also lost my printer program, things I have tried? too many too remember, all of the free microsoft or hp fixes
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That is probably the total of my 77 year old tech knowledge.
