Customer Question

cannot connect to the internet. Our internet server says from their side it's ok. Apparently, there is an easy fix that can be done from the laptop. Thx..
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: and has Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: haven't tried any as the system is really slow, even in signing on.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: only that I am unfamiliar with laptops and it is my son's laptop he uses. Thanks again Pearl. Right now a notification just popped up saying to check the Battery check utility...
