I keep getting an error message when I try to download books I've purchased.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: For the past few days.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just installed an update about 5 min. ago. I haven't tried any troubleshooting because I have no idea what to try.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Error message - Received error message from book vault: 112: Unable to locate download URL. I've used this program that came preinstalled on my computer when I bought it without any problems in the past. I am being charged for purchases and then unable to download them. Want it fixed for my money back.

I have Windows 7. The books were purchased through the Toshiba Book Place store. In the program there are 2 tabs, Library and Store. The book were purchased through the Store tab. After purchase they show in the Library tab but are faded out. When you click on it to download the book the error message pops up.

I am positive that it doesn't have anything to do with my computer. It's them. When I click on the help button it takes you to the internet but then you get an error message that the page is not found. I will call the number on my bank statement for the transaction and speak with them.
