Hello, how are you?

Are you able to access the BIOS?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
I tried to boot in all 4 menu, nothing
Expert:  Martin replied 10 days ago.

Can you go back into the BIOS, press F9 to restore default settings then press F10 to save, confirm then let the computer reboot

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Done it, got me nowhere...
Expert:  Martin replied 10 days ago.

Could be a hard drive failure in which case you'll have to recover the files another way.

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Can I do it myself?
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Please tell me how?
Expert:  Martin replied 10 days ago.

Yes, you will need to unscrew the bottom screws and take the hard drive out so you can attach it to another (working) computer and read the files without the need to boot from the disk.

If the files do not appear there's a program called Recuva which performs a deep scan on the hard drive and recovers the files for you

Expert:  Martin replied 10 days ago.

Does that make sense?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
it does.
Thank you very much, will try this tomorrow.
Many thanks again.
