I'm sorry about the issue, Please Right click on start, type Troubleshooting in the search box and chose Troubleshooting under Settings.
Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option. Click on Hardware Troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter. You may also run the USB Troubleshooter.
If any errors are detected, it will solve the problem for you automatically.
