What is the brand/model of your wireless mouse?

logitech M325c mouse is the one I have in it now....also tried another wireless mouse from my daughters laptop that works.

I downloaded the logitech at the plug in unifying receiver, will not go to the next button...I plugged both Mouse receivers in...same results. I tried to let you remote assist,..I updated payment info..not sure what else is needed, doesn't look like its letting you assist remotely.

ok, when i back up on the logitech software box, go to advance....says no unifying receiver is detected on your computer.
