Hi There. I am Bing and I look forward to helping you with your issue today.
I am sorry to hear about that. Did you try booting into Safe Mode by pressing F8 while Windows starts to load itself?
OK I understand it. Are you using another computer to access web including JustAnswer website?
Then how do you visit the Internet now?
OK. Got it. Please tell me a bit more about the problem computer running Windows 10? Did the Windows 10 come with the computer when it was brand new? Or someone else helped you install the OS on the computer from the scratch?
OK, well done. Got it.
Please watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvtuANm_Zjs
Use Shift+F8 or F8 while restarting to bring your Windows 10 into Advanced Boot Options, then choose Safe Mode and see if you can boot.
> Have you left and this cost me $39:00
?? I have no idea about what you are talking about. From my side, I only know you paid $18 for this Q&A conversation via web.
Sure. Take your time.
If you are seeing a local computer doctor, you better stick with him or her, as the local doctor can physically see your issue and action accordingly. Don't do anything extra, especially trying to repair something when you actually don't know what to be repaired and the impact.
You are always welcome.
